Fist off - congrats on the diet. I know how hard it can be. I have lost around 35 pounds myself - just exercising and watching what I eat. I have pre-diabetes so, I'm taking proactive measures.
Good luck also in reading a book a month. Because of my schedule, it uiually takes me a bit longer. |
